Kay Jessel received his MBA from the University of Hamburg. Starting his business career in 1989, he co-founded Melchior Kapital GmbH, a private wealth-management company based in Hamburg. In 1994, Melchior Kapital merged with Menzel & Partners Asset Management AG, Zurich. Kay became senior partner and CEO of the German operation and joined the board of directors. In the late 90's Kay moved to Canada. Since that time, Kay has been successfully consulting Canadian public companies with introduction to capital, creating media awareness and increasing the investor base. With his vast history in investment banking, private asset management and investor relations Kay is a well-received guest for speeches, workshops and presentations and has raised over 150 million dollars for public and private companies worldwide.
